During the 100 days Shelter in Place Pandemic during COVI 19, I have been creating art journals to encourage us go through challenges and find hopes. I invite you to paint your feelings without judgments and with acceptance, as living our daily lives.
My handwriting is quoted from "The Book Of Awakening" by M. Nepo. The paintings are my daily practice after I meditate the words from the book.
